A VC-standard pitch deck (7–12 core slides), refined financial model, clear GTM plan, organised data room with a DD checklist, and founders ready to pitch with confident answers.

Who is Founders Hive for?

Early-stage startups (Pre-Seed to Series A) and investors (angels, aspiring VCs, family offices) who want a practical, structured path—either to raise faster or to evaluate deals systematically.

Where do sessions happen?

Hybrid. Most work is online (video + async reviews), with optional in-person sessions in Zurich.

Which industries do you focus on?

Primarily SaaS, ICT, Engineering, Deeptech—plus selected cases in Cleantech/Mobility.

What languages do you support?

English (primary). German welcome for materials and meetings.

How quickly do you respond?

We reply to new applications within 5 business days.

Can we start anytime?

Yes. Both programs for founders and the investor course offer start anytime options. Cohort dates may be added for group sessions.

Do you take equity?

No. Our pricing is fee-based; the fundraising support has a small success fee only on capital raised via our introductions.

Do you sign NDAs?

If needed: yes—especially for data-room access. We keep all materials confidential.

For Startups – Investment Readiness Sprint. What is it?

A 6–8-week sprint to make your company investable on a clear timeline.

How much founder time is needed?

About ~4 hours/week for working sessions, reviews, and iterations.

Do you guarantee investor introductions?

Introductions are part of Active Fundraising Support (see below). The sprint prepares you to a standard that makes intros and investor meetings productive.

Pricing?

CHF 800/week (excl. VAT) during the sprint duration.

Can we start anytime?

Yes—start anytime. We’ll schedule the kick-off after your intro call.

For Startups – Active Fundraising Support What is it?

Ongoing guidance and warm investor introductions while you raise.

What’s included?

  • 2+ qualified, double-opt-in investor introductions per month
  • Weekly 1:1: deck, data room, Q&A prep
  • Mock investor meetings & negotiation coaching
  • Prioritised outreach plan & pipeline tracking

What is a “qualified, double-opt-in” intro?

A warm email introduction to an investor who (1) fits your stage, ticket size, sector and geography and (2) has reviewed your 1-pager and agreed to connect. We never cold-forward.

What if a month has fewer intros?

We roll over remaining intros to the next month (cadence target: ≥2/month).

Do you raise the round for us?

No. You lead the round; we prepare, coach, and open doors.

Pricing?

CHF 1,500/month (excl. VAT) + 3% success fee on capital raised through our introductions.

Minimum term? Can we pause?

Month-to-month. You can pause or stop at month-end (please notify us before the next billing cycle).

Can we work with other advisors/accelerators in parallel?

Yes—no exclusivity.

For Investors – Venture Capital Ready (8 weeks) What is it?

A hands-on course that teaches a repeatable due-diligence process and applies it to real cases—with optional access to curated Swiss dealflow.

What will I learn?

Both are possible. You can start anytime; cohort dates are announced on the site/newsletter.

Is this investment advice?

No. We provide education and tools, not personalised financial advice. You make your own investment decisions.

For Investors – Dealflow How does dealflow work?

You receive curated Swiss opportunities that match our focus areas. We share concise notes and links for your own diligence.

Do you handle funds or SPVs?

No. We do not hold client funds. You invest directly with the company or via the lead/broker arrangement provided in each opportunity.

Any fees for investors?

There is no fee to join the mailing list. Individual opportunities may have their own terms (e.g., carry/SPV fees) which are disclosed per deal.

How often do you share deals?

Periodically—quality over quantity. Volume depends on market and fit.

Can you add me to the list?

Yes—use the “Sign up for Swiss dealflow” button. We may ask basic info (stage focus, ticket size, sector).

Materials, Privacy & Legal Who owns the materials we create together?

You do. We co-create and you retain IP in your deck, model, and documents.

How do you handle data and privacy?

We follow standard Swiss/European privacy practices. Materials are shared only with your consent and for the stated purpose (e.g., investor intro). You can request deletion at any time.

Will you list our logo as a client?

Only with your permission.

Conflicts of interest?

If we have a stake or prior relationship that could be relevant, we disclose it upfront.

Are you a non-profit?

Founders Hive operates with a mission focus and collaborates with ecosystem partners. Program fees cover coaching, delivery and new support initiatives.

Practical & Billing Payment methods?

Invoice; paypal; card payment on request.

VAT?

All prices are excl. VAT.

Cancellation policy?

Month-to-month programs can be ended at month-end. For scheduled sessions, please reschedule ≥72h in advance.

Time zones?

We work CET/CEST and accommodate reasonable time windows for international teams.

Can you speak to a reference?

Yes—on request we can connect you with founders/investors who have worked with us (subject to availability and consent).
